This is a rights-reserved research release, not an open-data release. Download
access does not grant ownership, a resale right, a database-republication right,
or permission to use the release to train a machine-learning model.

You may link to this immutable release and cite limited aggregate facts with
clear attribution to Law Leaderboard, the release identifier, and the source
URL. You may not republish the complete release, create a competing directory
from it, resell it, attempt to identify reviewers, or imply that review-derived
signals establish legal skill, misconduct, case outcomes, or suitability for a
specific matter without prior written permission.

The release contains aggregate profile-level observations only. It excludes raw
review text and reviewer identities. Some observations are derived from public
Google Business Profile information collected through a data provider. Law
Leaderboard is reviewing the contractual scope for downstream publication and
may narrow or withdraw future distributions. These terms do not grant rights in
third-party marks, source data, or services.
